How offer special privilege for Yoshitha..?

How did former President’s son Lt. Yoshitha Rajapaksa go on a private tour when a Sri Lanka Navy inquiry is being held against him asks the JVP Member for Western Provincial Council Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa from the Defense Secretary.

 

Lt. Yoshitha Rajapaksa’s elder brother has told media that Yoshitha has been given permission by the Navy Commander to go on the tour but approving leave for a Navy officer while an inquiry is being 

held against him is a serious short coming points out Dr. Jayatissa.

Permission should be applied in advance not only for a private tour but also when getting married says Dr. Jayatissa and asks the Defense Secretary whether Lt. Yoshitha Rajapaksa was given special privilege due to his being the son of the former President.
